The Program
Seller preparation, done properly, before the market ever sees your business.
Seller Preparation is a structured readiness program for owners approaching an exit. It exists because the majority of value erosion in a business sale happens before a buyer is ever engaged: incomplete financial records, unreviewed contracts, undocumented operations, and an owner who is still the single point of failure.
The program converts that risk into a work plan. Every requirement a buyer's diligence team will raise is broken into a checklist with clear items, supporting detail, and a completion bar so you always know exactly how prepared you are.
Stage One — Foundational readiness
Stage One covers financial readiness, legal and corporate hygiene, and operational documentation. This is the fundamental layer included in the Base Package: clean, normalized financials, a complete corporate record, a contract inventory with change-of-control terms flagged, and documented core processes.
Stage Two — Value enhancement and diligence simulation
Stage Two is included in the Comprehensive Package. It moves beyond compliance into value: mitigating customer concentration, separating durable margin from one-time effects, and building a defensible growth narrative. It closes with a full diligence simulation, where you answer a real buyer request list, structure a data room, and rehearse the management presentation.
How it is delivered
Everything lives in a member dashboard. You track checklist completion, upgrade your plan when you are ready for Stage Two, and share progress with your advisor. A member community sits alongside the work so owners going through the same process can compare notes.
