3. Your Personal Use Rights

• Save copies for your personal records.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or grant permission to redistribute the Materials.

4. Protecting the Materials

Please keep your login credentials confidential and avoid sharing your account with others.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of material violations of this Agreement.

6. Digital Delivery

The Seller Preparation Assessment™ is delivered electronically through your secure dashboard.

Because the Materials become available immediately following purchase, no physical products are shipped.

Access to your dashboard constitutes successful delivery of the digital product.

7. Educational Purpose

9. Intellectual Property

Seller Preparation™, Seller Preparation Assessment™, Seller Walkthrough™, Owner Readiness Snapshot™, Transaction Readiness Implications Review™ (TRIR™), Transaction Readiness Understanding Summary™ (TRUS™), together with all associated documents, educational content, layouts, graphics, branding, workflows, trademarks, and supporting materials, are proprietary intellectual property owned by Greg Dombrowski unless otherwise stated.

G&T Strategic Operations and Management, LLC serves as the operating and payment-processing entity for SellerPreparation.com. Operation of the platform and payment processing do not transfer or establish ownership of the intellectual property.

Your purchase grants access to the Materials only.

No ownership rights are transferred.

Additional protections are described within the Intellectual Property Notice.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Seller Preparation Assessment™ Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to that policy.

11. Privacy

Collection and use of personal information are governed by the SellerPreparation.com Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Updates

SellerPreparation.com may periodically update educational materials, dashboard functionality, supporting resources, or documentation to improve the customer experience.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, future updates are not automatically included with previous purchases.
