A guided sequence, from purchase to professional conversation.
Nothing is scheduled, taught, or coached. You purchase the assessment, work through it in a guided sequence, and keep everything you complete.
1. Choose Base or Comprehensive
Both are one-time payments. Base is $99, Comprehensive is $149, and access to what you purchase does not expire.
2. Create or access a private account
You create your account, or sign in to an existing one, before payment. Your assessment is attached to that account.
3. Complete secure checkout
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You acknowledge the governing terms before checkout begins.
4. Enter your private dashboard
Your purchased documents appear immediately in your private dashboard.
5. Work through the guided sequence
Documents are grouped into milestones and released in order. Each one assumes you have read the one before it.
6. Save your account-level progress
Your dashboard records which documents you have completed, so you can stop and pick the sequence back up later.
7. Download and complete the fillable materials
The Owner Readiness Snapshot™ and the review documents are fillable PDFs you complete privately, on your own device.
8. Save and retain your completed files
Your answers stay in the files you save. They are not stored by SellerPreparation.com as answer data.
9. Revisit the dashboard whenever you need it
Your entitled documents remain available for re-download and review at any time.
10. Bring the materials into future conversations
If you choose, share your completed materials with your own attorney, accountant, or M&A professional.
